Have you ever felt the need to be a part of something bigger than yourself?
Us, too. That's because we're wired to serve other people. And when we do, we bless others’ lives, form friendships, increase our own capacity to love and discover a sense of purpose. Whether you want to serve people inside our church or in our city, we have some exciting ways for you to get in the game!
Saint John Vineyard isn't a one man show. It takes a team of volunteers to pull things off every week. We’re always looking for more people to do everything from hanging out with kids to making coffee. You're sure to find something. Just give it a try. It's not a life sentence. You'll meet new friends, grow spiritually and maybe even learn the secret handshake. If you see something below that fits your availability, skills and interests, let us know!
Greeting – Think you’d enjoy greeting those attending our Sunday gathering with a smile, helping them find seats, answering questions, and passing out our community bulletin?
Video Projection – For those who are computer saavy and would like to help create an environment for people to meet God in worship. Training provided.
Kids – Would you be willing to serve the kids and parents of our community on Sunday mornings? A variety of roles are available, from teachings kids to providing snacks, and organizing other adult volunteers. Background/criminal record check required. Training provided.
Outflow – A meal put on by churches in the Saint John area and held at the Vineyard every Monday night. Like to cook, serve those who are less-fortunate, or set up tables and chairs?
Food Pantry – Serve food to those in need, organize supplies, or shop for deals. The pantry serves around 100 people following our worship gathering on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month.
If any of these opportunities interest you, please contact our team so we can help you get involved!
